1. Data controller
The sports club “Apollon Anatolikis Aktis” is responsible for personal data submitted through this website. For privacy matters, contact apollon.anakth@gmail.com or call +30 694 298 4601 and +30 695 048 1677.
2. Data we collect
The interest form asks for the guardian's full name, phone number, email address, the child's age, preferred training venue and an optional message. We do not request the child's name, date of birth, home address, medical information, attachments, payment details or marketing consent.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use this data solely to respond to an enquiry about the academy and arrange the contact requested by the guardian. Processing is based on the consent given before submitting the form under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
4. Recipients and services
Authorised club representatives receive the details through the club's Gmail mailbox. Resend is used as the email delivery provider. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form from automated abuse and processes technical connection and device information to determine whether a submission is legitimate.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Resend, Google and Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area. Resend states that account and email data is stored in the United States even when messages are sent from a European region. Such transfers rely on the lawful transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards applied by the providers.
6. Retention
The website has no submission database and does not store form entries. Messages received in the club mailbox are normally deleted within six months unless earlier deletion or a longer lawful retention period is required for a specific reason.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and may withdraw your consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority. To exercise any of these rights, please contact the club by email.
8. Security and communication
The form uses encrypted transport, origin validation, request-size limits, rate limiting and Turnstile. No automatic receipt is sent to the guardian, and submitted details are not used for advertising.
